The Service is provided by Keys In Systems Inc., 1058 Deaver Rd., Quarryville, PA 17566, USA (“Provider”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides access to cybersecurity and privacy tools and software (the “Licensed Software”). Portions may be provided by third-party licensors (“Licensors”). Provider resells/distributes access to the Licensed Software and does not transfer ownership. Provider does not receive device-level threat logs, scan results, or security telemetry generated by the Licensed Software; if such data is processed, it is handled by the Licensor per its own documentation.
You must be the age of majority where you live. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under your account.
Unless disclosed otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges as disclosed at checkout. If payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is completed. Promotions or delayed billing may apply as disclosed at sign-up.
You may cancel at any time through your account page or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, unless required otherwise by mandatory law.

All rights in the Service and Licensed Software belong to the Provider or the respective Licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Licensed Software while your subscription is active. Security protections may be in place; you may not bypass them.
The Service and Licensed Software are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Cybersecurity tools cannot guarantee detection or prevention of all threats.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption. You are responsible for maintaining backups and protecting your credentials. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
We may modify or discontinue the Service for operational, technical, or legal reasons. We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on the Website.
United States: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the competent courts of Delaware, USA.
Canada override: If you reside in Canada, mandatory Canadian federal and provincial consumer protection laws may apply and will prevail over conflicting terms. Where a court selection or governing law clause is unenforceable under mandatory provincial law, it will not apply to that extent. If you reside in Québec, mandatory Québec consumer protection rules apply where required.
